What this is

An AI assistant that answers questions using Red Chair Highland's own documents. It doesn't make things up - every answer comes from policies, guides, or handbooks uploaded by the organisation.

What happens to what you type

• Your messages are not stored. Only anonymous usage counts are kept (how many questions were asked, not what they were).
• Your messages are never used to train AI models.
• Documents are stored on this organisation's UK-hosted website and processed by our AI provider under a data processing agreement with international transfer safeguards.
• Messages are encrypted in transit, and access to stored documents is restricted to authorised users.

What it can and cannot do

It is good at answering direct questions about the documents it has been given. It will tell you if it does not know something rather than guess.

It can occasionally get things wrong. For anything important, verify the answer with the cited document or check with a member of staff.
